Somatic therapy is a body-oriented therapy that focuses attention on bodily sensations through breath and movement. My approach includes talking as well as somatic and experiential techniques to create a warm and nurturing environment for your process to unfold.

Using a strengths-based, psychodynamic approach, I incorporate somatic awareness practices that greatly benefit nervous system regulation. I honor your story and willingness to share and as your experience is held and witnessed with deep attunement, you will naturally gain greater access to your inner knowing.
I work with individuals, adolescents and couples, utilizing my training in trauma informed techniques as well as offering culturally responsive care. This means I prioritize the creation of a culture of transparency, humility, and the honoring of difference when it comes to race, class, gender, and sexual orientation.
